Card blocking

Block card

To block your Multicards in real time you can access the MyMulticard reserved area by entering your credentials.

If you use the Multicard through the Eni Live App you can block it directly from the App.
Yon can use the App even if you have a physical Multicard,
after activating the Digital Services in the MyMulticard
area, for each card and each user.

What can you purchase and where can you use the card?

With the authorization code on your card, you can determine what can be purchased using
your card, including fuel, lubricants, and all vehicle-related products and services available at the service station. In Europe, your card is valid at more than 5,000 Eni service stations and over 13,000 stations among the ROUTEX partners.
