Block card

To block your Multicards in real time you can access the MyMulticard reserved area by entering your credentials.

If you use the Multicard through the Eni Live App you can block it directly from the App.
Yon can use the App even if you have a physical Multicard,
after activating the Digital Services in the MyMulticard
area, for each card and each user.

With your Multicard, you can make cashless payments for fuel, lubricants and vehicle-related products and services at 18.000 service stations across Europe. The MyMulticard service area offers online access to your invoices and all services related to card and fleet management.

The Multicard is the perfect payment solution with a monthly fuel consumption exceeding 500 liters.

To facilitate cashless payments for refueling, lubricants, car washes and various other vehicle-related services at Eni service stations, as well as at all service stations within the Routex network across Austria and Europe.

You will receive an invoice twice a month with a 14-day payment term. The invoice includes a comprehensive transaction list, along with a product-specific breakdown, complete with the corresponding sales tax. All invoices are accessible online in PDF format within the MyMulticard service area. This convenient feature enables you to download the documents at no cost and easily share them with your tax advisor.

Multicard Easy adheres to the highest technological security standards. Transactions require PIN confirmation and are subject to real-time verification by the European authorization center. Additionally, you have the option to receive email notifications, for instance, when predefined amount limits are exceeded. Upon request, cards can also be equipped with digital PINs. All cards come equipped with microchips, holograms, and magnetic stripes, ensuring robust security features.

If you're already registered with MyMulticard, you can log in to the service area and access all of our online services:

  • Block your cards in real-time: our system is available 24/7 for this purpose.
  • Order replacement cards and/or additional cards.
  • Generate a digital PIN independently.
  • Issue authorizations with limited access rights to the service area for drivers.
  • Plus many more features and services!
