Service Code

You have the flexibility to determine, for each card, the products or services that can be purchased at the service stations. Depending on the chosen service code, you can authorize purchases of diesel only or all fuels (including premium products), lubricants, car wash services, and vehicle-related goods. It's important to note that the service code is embossed on each card and cannot be altered once set.

AdBlue (at the pump) can be purchased with every service code.

Kilometer logging

For improved cost management and transparent tracking of your vehicle's fuel consumption, you have the option to choose Kilometer logging when entering into the contract. This data is requested every time the card is used at a gas station. If the driver accurately inputs the kilometers (this function can be bypassed at the terminal), the information will be displayed in the relevant column on your invoice. The kilometer data is also included in the billing file for your reference.

Driver code:

If a vehicle is used by multiple drivers, you can utilize the Driver Code function to monitor which driver refueled the vehicle. Each driver can be assigned their own unique 4-digit code, which must be entered along with the card's PIN. The driver code is then shown in the accounting file, allowing you to easily track and control who conducted each transaction, where, and when.

Two different PIN types

Each transaction must be confirmed with PIN number. You can choose between two different PIN types:

• Each card is assigned a unique "default PIN". This distinct PIN number must be entered for every transaction associated with that card.
• The "Driver PIN" is a PIN assigned to a driver that allows him to use a group of cards issued for the same company.

How our cards can protect you from frauds:

• Microchip and hologram on the card prevent falsifications
• Authorization code embossed on each card defines the products that can be purchased
• The validity can be national or international.
• Mandatory odometer reading at each refueling
• Service Station POS are online connected to the European Unique Authorization centre that checks card validity, including daily and bi-weekly purchase limits
• Secret code (PIN) is requested at each purchase at the service station and protects you in case your card is lost or stolen
• In case of lost or theft you can block your card immediately 24/7 accessing MyMulticard or calling 800.79.79.79

Multicard offers an ideal solution for straightforward and transparent invoice management. Your invoices feature a payment advice, an invoice document summarizing all transactions by product and service, and a detailed list of card transactions. If you've conducted transactions outside of Austria, you will receive separate invoices for each country, along with the relevant sales tax information.

Invoices and company debits

Invoices and company debits You will receive the following documents for all transactions made with the Multicard or Multicard Easy:

• The payment advice includes the invoice amounts due, listed separately by country
• The invoice summary for Eni Austria (for all domestic transactions) and / or Eni Benelux B.V. (for all foreign transactions) includes a summary of transactions categorized by goods and services, along with the respective VAT. A detailed breakdown of the transactions by card number (including date, time, voucher number, location, product and quantity) follows.

If the card is used by multiple cost centers within your company, the invoice can be divided accordingly. This way, all expenses will be attributed to the specific unit that incurred the expenditure.

In order to stay competitive it is important to optimize the routes, make consumption more efficient and manage the fleet to a point. The function "fleet management" allows you accessing your transaction data for purchases done up to 72 hours before, your analysis can include up to 12 previous months.

Within these evaluations, you have the flexibility to customize the view mode based on your preferences, including:

• A freely definable time period or by billing period,
• card number, license plate number, driver name,
• settled or not yet settled transactions,
• domestic and/or foreign transactions.

All evaluations can be downloaded in Excel format.

The "Fleet Management" function provides you with three pre-configured evaluations for efficient and transparent analysis of critical transaction data. These evaluations include:

• The Invoiced Quantities Report: provides a summary of total quantity purchased by all cards, along with the respective amounts. You can generate this report for a specific time period or for a single invoice. It also offers the option to segment the report by specific product, network, or country.
• The Invoiced Volumes evaluation displays the total sum of volumes (in liters) purchased by all multicards and their corresponding turnover (in euros). You can retrieve transaction data for a defined period or billing period and further filter it by product type, acceptance partner, or country.
• The Fleet Costs evaluation presents the overall total amount (in euros) of all transactions. You can access this evaluation based on the billing period, product type, and by card number, license plate, or driver.

Fuel Consumption: This evaluation presents your average fuel consumption for the last month and provides a comparison with data from the previous month or the last 3 months.
Additionally, the "Fleet Management" function enables you to access lists of all national and international transactions and view your cards. Furthermore, it generates a detailed billing file with each invoice, available in both text and Excel file formats for your convenience.

The control function enables real-time monitoring of your cards. This includes:

Deployment of card lists, checking card authorization, card status (active/blocked), and view transactions made in the last 24 hours.

You can access and monitor real-time transactions, including those conducted at an Eni Service Station or at any of the Routex partners in Austria or Europe. Additionally, you have the option to review a comprehensive overview of transactions made in the last 60 days, and you can download all queries in Excel format.
If you desire real-time notifications for every card use, you can activate the "Warning Notices" function. This will automatically send you notifications via email based on the predefined criteria you have set in advance.

If you wish to be promptly informed every time a card is used, you can activate the "Warning Notices" function.

You will receive notifications via email. You can select from the following criteria:

• Amount: you receive a notification in case the transaction exceeds a certain amount (50€ / 100€ / 150€ / 500€);
• Quantity: you receive a notification in case the transaction exceeds a certain quantity (50Ltr. / 100Ltr. / 150Ltr. / 500Ltr.);
• Multiple use:you receive a notification in case a second transaction is made within 1 or 2 hours after the first one;
• You receive a notification in case premium products are purchased;
• You receive a notification in case the transaction is made on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday;
• You receive a notification in case the transaction takes place during night hours.

The "Invoicing File" is a downloadable Excel or text (TXT) file that contains the details of all invoiced transactions.
