Our fuel cards allow you to keep your purchases under control. When signing the contract you can decide which transactions can be authorized for each vehicle at the service stations. Base on the authorization codes, your card can buy fuel only (code 60) or include progressively all fuels (included premium products), lubricants, car wash and car realted accessories (code 64). The authorization code is embossed on each card and cannot be changed.

Odometere reading

Mandatory odometer reading at each refueling is all you need to analyze total costs of your vehicles and to calculate the per kilometer consumption,anc can be requested when signing the contract. Every time your drive will refuel at a service station, he will be asked to put in the odometer reading. This data will be then shown in your invoice with each refuleing detail, allowing a spot-on monitoring.

Drived code

in case your vehicle is used by several drivers and you'd like to know who has done the refueling? In this case, the driver code is the right solution for you! Each driver will get its own code that needs to be input together with the PIN at each refueling. The driver's data will then be shown in the invoice, allowing you to see who has actually done the refueling.

Choose between two types of PIN

Each transaction needs to be validated through a PIN number. It's possible to choose between two differetn types of PIN:

• "Standard PIN" is linked to a card. Each card has a different PIN that needs to be put in at each purchase
• "Driver PIN" is an additional code that is assigned to a driver and allows him to use a group of cards issued for the same company

How our cards can protect you from frauds:

• Microchip and hologram on the card prevent falsifications
• Authorization code embossed on each card defines the products that can be purchased
• The validity can be national or international.
• Mandatory odometer reading at each refueling
• Service Station POS are online connected to the European Unique Authorization centre that checks card validity, including daily and bi-weekly purchase limits
• Secret code (PIN) is requested at each purchase at the service station and protects you in case your card is lost or stolen

Multicard is all you need for a simple and hassle-free invoice management. At each pruchase you will receiev a detailed statement of your ransactions and fiscally valid documentation for each country where purchases were made. Each document will contain a detailed list of goods and services paid for with the cards

Invoices and debit notes

The card owner will receive for all purchases done with multicard , multicard easy or truckpass24 the following documents:

A summary invoice issued by eni (for purchases done in Italy) or by eni Benelux B.V. for purchases don eabroad) , with transactiondetails for each single card (date, time, voucher number, place, product, quantity), valid both for fiscal and accounting purposes. Apart from being stated one by one, the purchases are also grouped by goods and services with VAT clearly shown

In case of international purchases invoices are issued for each single country in order to allow international VAT refund

The statement that shows the sum due from customer to eni for all purchases done during a certain period and invoiced for each country

In order to stay competetive it is important to optimize the routes, make consumption more efficient and manage the fleet to a point.
Manage and save allows you accessing your transaction data for purchases done up to 72 hours before, your analysis can include up to 12 previous months.

Within this temporary slot, you can customize what you see, based on:

• specific time frames;
• single cards, using either the card or the plate number;
• already invoiced or yet to be invoiced transactions;
• transactions done all over Europe or in one single country;
• single invoices;
• driver's purchases (in case of driver cards).

All queries can be downloaded in excel format.
Moreover, Manage and save offers you 3 pre-defined reports that allow you a fast and concentrated analysis of main synthetic data:

• Invoiced quantities report: shows a summary of total quantity purchased by all cards with relative amounts. It can be done for a time period or for a single invoice. The report can be split by specific product, network or country;
• Vehicles' costs report: shows the costs of pruchases done by all of your cards. The research is done based on invoicing period and groups the purchases based on product type. It can be done specifically for a single card/plate number/driver;
• Vehicles' performance report: shows average consumption of your fleet based on the last invoiced solar month (defined as "last month") and compares the data to eaither previous month or previous 3 months.

Last but not least, Manage and save allows you to donwload the list of all national and international purchases and the list of all of your cards.
Moreover, for each invoice you'll have a file with purchase details.

Active Security is the service for those who need real time cards monitoring, such as:

check the list of your cards, including card features, current state (active/blocked) and the amount spent in the last 24 hours.

View your cards' purchases in real time at all the European Service stations, both eni and those of Routex partners. It's also possible to see the purchases done in the last 60 days, with a detailed view of each purchase. All queries con be donwloaded in excel.

If you want to be informed each time your cards are being used, you can activate "My Alerts". This service allows you received alerts via email or sms based on your criteria.
