Card blocking

Block card

To block your Multicards in real time you can access the MyMulticard reserved area by entering your credentials.

If you use the Multicard through the Eni Live App you can block it directly from the App.
Yon can use the App even if you have a physical Multicard, after activating the Digital Services in the MyMulticard area, for each card and each user.

What can you purchase and where can you use the card?

Based on the authorization code of your card you can select what can be purchased using
your card: fuel, lubricants and all vehicle-related goods and services available at the
service station. In Europe, you can use your card at more than 5.000 Eni an Agip service
stations and more than 13.000 stations of the ROUTEX partners
