Service Code

You can decide for each card which products or services can be purchased at the service stations. Depending on the selected service code, your authorize only diesel or all fuels (including premium products), lubricants, car wash and vehicle-related goods. The service code is embossed on each card and cannot be changed.

AdBlue (at the pump) can be purchased with every service code.

Additional control function for your card

Kilometer logging

For better cost management and transparent fuel consumption of your vehicles, you can opt for Kilometer logging when signing the contract. This information is requested each time the card is used at the gas station. If the driver enters the kilometers correctly (function can be skipped at the terminal), the information will appear in the corresponding column on your invoice. The kilometer information is also included in the billing file.

Driver code:

If a vehicle is used by several drivers, you can use the Driver Code function to keep track of who refueled the vehicle. You can assign each driver his own code (4 digits), which must be entered together with the PIN of the card. The driver code is displayed in the accounting file. Thus, you can conveniently control who did the transaction where and when.

Two different PIN types

Each transaction must be confirmed with PIN number. You can choose between two different PIN types:

• The "default PIN" is assigned to a card. Each card has a different PIN number which has to be entered for each transaction.
• The "Driver PIN" is a PIN assigned to a driver that allows him to use a group of cards issued for the same company

How our cards can protect you from frauds:

• Microchip and hologram on the card prevent falsifications
• Authorization code embossed on each card defines the products that can be purchased
• The validity can be national or international.
• Mandatory odometer reading at each refueling
• Service Station POS are online connected to the European Unique Authorization centre that checks card validity, including daily and bi-weekly purchase limits
• Secret code (PIN) is requested at each purchase at the service station and protects you in case your card is lost or stolen
• In case of lost or theft you can block your card immediately 24/7 accessing MyMulticard or calling 800.79.79.79

Multicard is the ideal solution for simple and clear invoice management. Your invoices contain a payment advice, an invoice document with a summary of all transactions by product and service, and a detailed list of card transactions. If you have also made transactions outside Germany, you will receive one invoice per country with the relevant sales tax.

Invoices and company debits

Invoices and company debits You will receive the following documents for all transactions made with the Multicard or Multicard Easy:

• The payment advice: contains the due invoice amounts separately by country.
• The invoice summary of Eni Germany (for all domestic transactions) and / or of Eni Benelux B.V. (for all transactions made abroad): contains the transactions summarized by goods and services with the respective VAT. A detailed breakdown of the transactions by card number (date, time, voucher number, location, product, quantity) follows.

If the card is used by several cost centers within your company, the invoice can be split according to the same logic. All costs will be assigned to the unit that made the expenditure.

In order to remain competitive, it is important to optimize routes, make consumption more efficient and manage the fleet accurately. With the "card management" function, you can retrieve transactions in real time up to 72 hours. You can evaluate your transactions retrospectively for up to 12 months.

Within these evaluations you can design the view mode variably according to:

• freely definable time period or by billing period,
• card number / license plate number / driver name,
• settled or not yet settled transactions,
• domestic and/or foreign transactions,

All evaluations can be downloaded in Excel format.

The function "Card Management" offers you 3 ready-made evaluations for an efficient and transparent analysis of the most important transaction data. These would be:

• Invoiced quantities report: shows a summary of total quantity purchased by all cards with relative amounts. It can be done for a time period or for a single invoice. The report can be split by specific product, network or country;
• Invoiced volumes: This evaluation shows the sum of the volumes (liters) purchased by all multicards and the corresponding turnover (€). The transaction data can be retrieved by definable period or billing period and additionally by product type, acceptance partner or country.
• Fleet Costs: This evaluation shows the total amount (€) of all transactions made. The evaluation can be retrieved by billing period and product type, and also by card number/license plate/driver.

Fuel Consumption: This evaluation shows your average fuel consumption of the last month, and compares the data with those of the previous month or the last 3 months.
Last but not least, the function "Card Management" allows you to view the list of all national and international transactions, as well as the list of your cards. Besides, a detailed billing file is created with each invoice, which is available in the form of a text/Excel file.

The control function allows real-time monitoring of your cards. This means:

Deployment of card lists, checking card authorization, card status (active/blocked), and view transactions made in the last 24 hours.

View transactions in real time i.e. view transactions that have just been made at an Eni/Agip Service Station or at one of the Routex partners in Germany or Europe. It is also possible to view a detailed overview of the transactions made in the last 60 days. All queries can be downloaded in Excel format.
If you want to be informed about every card use in real time, you can activate the "Alert customer" function. You will then automatically receive a notification by SMS or e-mail according to the criteria you have defined in advance.

You will receive a notification as requested by e-mail or SMS. You can choose from the following criteria:

• Amount: you receive a notification in case the transaction exceeds a certain amount (50€ / 100€ / 150€ / 500€);
• Quantity: you receive a notification in case the transaction exceeds a certain quantity (50Ltr. / 100Ltr. / 150Ltr. / 500Ltr.);
• Multiple use:you receive a notification in case a second transaction is made within 1 or 2 hours after the first one;
• You receive a notification in case premium products are purchased;
• You receive a notification in case the transaction is made on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday;
• You receive a notification in case the transaction takes place during night hours.
