Need more control for your Multicard?
All you need to analyse the global costs of your vehicles, and calculate the cost/Km ratio, is applying for odometer reading when ordering your Multicard. Each time the card owner will refuel at a service station, he will be requested the kilometres of his vehicle. This information will then be reported in your invoice, allowing precise monitoring. This information is also provided in the Multicard Electronic Statement.
Need to know who effectively refueled the vehicle in case it is shared between several drivers? Driver Code recording is all you need! A driver code will be assigned individually to each driver: it has to be typed with the PIN when validating a purchase at the service station. This information will then be reported in your invoice, allowing identification of the person who really did the purchase. This information is also provided in the Multicard Electronic Statement.
Choose between two different PIN types:
Card PIN: a different PIN will be assigned to each Multicard. It has to be typed at each transaction to enable authorization.
Driver PIN: apart from the vehicle-linked PIN an additional code will be assigned to each of the drivers who share the same vehicle card. Both have to be typed to authorize the transaction.
