Once your application is received by our multicard customer centre it won’t take more than 24 hours for you to get a confirmation email with your personal access data. Using your ID and password you’ll be able to access the online services directly through www.multicard.eni.com to start exploring all the options available to you.
In my company there are several people that need access to online services. Do I need to contact multicard Customer Centre for each new registration?
To increase your convenience to a maximum you don’t need to contact us if you need further access profiles for your collaborators. As a registered user with multicard online services you can create as many sub-users within your company as needed, that may have your same access profile if you wish them to use all of the services you have chosen or a lower one, if their access should be limited to a specific set of applications.
I have opted for the reporting solution. Which are the available formats to download the reporting files?
To make the storing and handling of the data on your PC as convenient as possible you can choose from 3 different formats for your downloads – xls, pdf or txt, depending on your further document analysis and processing requirements.
